I have had a great time teaching computer club this year. We have created lots of exciting things including puzzles, instructions for the Bee-Bot and creating horrible monster poems. We have had fun exploring the internet and using Education City.
I want to say a BIG thank you to all the children who have made my Wednesday or Thursday evenings lots of fun!

Thank you so much for inviting me to come in and talk to your assembly about my beliefs as a Muslim for the purpose of peace and tolerance in society via education. The school staff were very welcoming (one of the few schools I have visited for this purpose that even offered me a lovely hot drink) and the children were polite and enthusiastic. I look forward to returning to your school for future visits to promote peace, tolerance and understanding.

I really enjoyed my work experience time here, all the staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, all the children were very polite and the grounds were kept tidy and clean. The teachers of The Len Wastell Infant School are very friendly. My child is in class 1 and he enjoys everything he does in school. I'm happy I chose this school.

Welcome back I hope you all had a great summer! This year is set to be an exciting year for us at The Len Wastell Infant School as we have some new projects underway. We are currently having a new library built. This year we are hoping to raise more money so we can continue to buy lots, lots more fun activities for our back playground with some new equipment still waiting to be installed.

In Class 1 we LOVE WORK. We have a lovely teacher called Miss Callaway. We love PE. We love all our toys and we are all good friends.

Over the Easter Holiday's some children attended 'Spring Fever'. The children had lots of fun making chocolate birds nests, watching 'Alice in Wonderland', making Mad hats and attending 'The Mad Hatter's Tea-Party and also being detectives in an Easter egg hunt. At The Len Wastell Infant School we have lots of fun at the after school clubs. We have lots of clubs to choose from including:- computers, dance, football and arts and crafts.
